Privacy notice
Draft for legal review. Last updated October 31, 2026.
Who we are
Blue Tree Technology LLC, 153 Rickey Blvd, Bear, DE 19701, runs this website. Contact us at hello@waylinecare.com.
We are a coordination service, not a hospital or doctor. Information you send us may not be protected by HIPAA in the way your US doctor's records are, so we describe here how we handle it.
What we collect
- What you enter in our form: name, email, phone, passport country, the type of care you are asking about, your travel timing and your message
- The time you sent it
We do not ask for records through the website, and we do not store your IP address with your request. Cloudflare handles your IP address to deliver this site and block abuse.
This site does not use advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not set cookies. We use a cookie only to keep our own staff signed in.
Health information
What you tell us about a condition is sensitive. We collect it only with your consent, and we use it only to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to coordinate your care.
Who sees it
- Our staff who handle your request
- Cloudflare, which hosts our site and database and forwards our email, under its terms
- Resend, which delivers the notice telling us a request has arrived. That notice contains a request number only, none of your details.
- A hospital or other provider, only after you tell us to share with them
Working with a hospital in China means sending your information to China. We will ask for your specific consent first. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
If you do not go ahead, we delete your request within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as our agreement and the law require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@waylinecare.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act, other US state privacy laws, or the GDPR.
